What VISION F1 offers

 

VISION F1 is built around realistic Formula 1 sim racing and long-term driver development.
The goal is not only to be fast, but to race clean, consistent, and intelligent within a structured environment.

 

Most activities within VISION F1 are offered freely, supported by a strong community and a clear vision of how racing should be done.

Community & Racing Environment (free)

 

VISION F1 provides a structured and respectful racing environment, designed to support long-term driver development.

  • a focused Discord community

  • organized league events

  • structured practice events

  • clear rules and consistent stewarding

  • Replays of the league events

Open Education & General Guidance (free)

 

VISION F1 actively shares knowledge within the community to help drivers improve their understanding of the car and the sport.

This may include:

  • general driving principles

  • setup philosophy and explanations (not full setups)

  • answering questions in public channels

  • example videos and demonstrations

This open education is meant to help drivers think for themselves, rather than copy solutions without understanding them.

One-on-One Coaching 

 

One-on-one coaching at VISION F1 is primarily focused on racecraft, decision-making and race awareness.

Personal coaching sessions focus on:

  • high level of track understanding

  • side-by-side racing

  • spatial awareness and anticipation

  • attacking and defending within the rules

  • race strategy and situational judgement

  • consistency over full race distances

  • building, or adjusting a setup
  • any other individual questions


The emphasis is always on understanding why things happen on track and how to adapt as a driver.

Because one-on-one coaching requires focused time, preparation, and personal attention, therefore it is not offered for free.

VISION F1 uses a support-based model (for example like Patreon), where drivers contribute based on what they feel the coaching is worth.
